Hello everyone.

I have decided to call this new blog of photos 'immersion' because since I have started photography class, I feel like I have been immersed in a whole new kind of art. I feel as if photos have more meaning than just a simple smile or pose, they tell a story. Photos are not just snapshots in time as I used to think them to be; they are wonderful pieces of art that open your eyes to new colors and angles that you would never notice before. Photos have a certain feel to them that make you just have an emotion come over you. Photos in nature are the most beautiful, to me. Or photos that do not look as they seem, or have a hidden message. Although there are no words, the photos speak to me in a way a book never can.
